Wehype is hiring a Head of Partnerships to lead and scale our team of Partnership Managers and Sales Directors, driving new business, reactivating dormant accounts, and accelerating growth within existing partnerships.
Requirements
- Proven leader with strong experience coaching and managing commercial teams
- Solid understanding of the gaming industry (industry experience strongly preferred)
- Comfortable owning numbers, forecasts, and results - while leading through people
- Strong operational mindset with the ability to structure, prioritize, and execute
- Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus, not a requirement)
- Willing and able to work on-site in Stockholm 3–4 days per week
