Overnight Production Supervisor

We are seeking a production supervisor to oversee the overnight staff and operations in our bakery. The supervisor will be responsible for managing all aspects of the production process, including supervising staff, addressing staffing issues, creating schedules, and maintaining quality assurance and housekeeping programs.

Requirements

• Supervise staff to foster a respectful and productive environment focused on quality
• Address any immediate staffing issues such as call-ins, which may require altering the schedule or filling in as needed
• Meet at least weekly with the general manager to creating a work schedule and address any needs
• Interview new bakery staff candidates and overseeing new staff training
• Maintain a housekeeping and sanitation program in the bakery
• Maintain a quality assurance program for the bakery
• Create vendor orders and ensuring proper rotation of delivered goods
• Completion of audits and reports for the bakery
