Facilities Janitorial - Day Shift

Facilities Technician responsible for routine and semiskilled tasks involving responsibilities for the cleanliness, upkeep, and building maintenance of the Weiler facilities and grounds. The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma, ability to use hand tools and power cleaning equipment, and be able to lift 40 lbs regularly and 70 lbs on occasion.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, power cleaning equipment and measuring tools
• Ability to work from work orders and /or verbal instruction
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. regularly and 70 lbs. on occasion
• Ability to stand/walk at least 95% of the shift
• Ability to work at heights and on ladders
• Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally (with the use of lifting devices)
