Job Description
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Controller to oversee all accounting operations and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of our financial reporting. As a leader in the accounting and finance team, you will provide timely financial data and insights to support effective business decision-making and drive the company's financial health and strategic growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 5+ years of experience in a senior accounting or financial management role
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification is highly preferred
- Advanced proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Infor M3 & Prophix)
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
