Assists with planning, implementing and evaluating patient care. Responsible for the smooth function of patient flow, and maintains a sterile environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Approximately 1 year of related experience, preferably in relevant specialty area.
- Completion of a medical assistant training course that includes phlebotomy training is highly desired.
- Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy certification may be required, depending on practice needs.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification may also be required.
