Maintenance Assistant Supervisor

Weinstein Properties is seeking a skilled Maintenance Assistant Supervisor to manage and coordinate activities of a service team, with strong plumbing, electrical, and HVAC trade skills and a commitment to quality service for residents.

Requirements

• 4 years trade related experience
• 1 year hands on apartment maintenance lead, assistant or supervisory experience
• EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification (Type I and II or Universal)
• Hands on HVAC repair experience
• Computer skills (assign and manage work orders, schedule turns, order supplies, communicate via email)
• Valid driver's license, transportation and tools
