Job Description
Weinstein Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician - Make Ready to join their team at Bexley Village at Concord Mills. The role offers stable, long-term opportunities, competitive pay, and excellent benefits. Responsibilities include completing turn/make ready processes, assisting with maintenance work orders, and maintaining property grounds.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of apartment or residential maintenance experience
- No HVAC certification required if willing to train and work towards getting certified
- EPA certification (Type II or Universal) and hands-on HVAC troubleshooting / repair experience is a plus!
- Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work
- Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable using computers and mobile devices (Outlook, work order systems, etc.)
- Ability to drive a golf cart
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work indoors/outdoors year-round
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Background check required
