Current State Respiratory Therapist Licensure, 3+ years of experience, BLS certification
Family Practice Physician with OB
Must have a Doctoral degree in medicine and completed a residency program in family medicine or a related field
NP/PA - Wound Care Advanced Practice Provider
Graduate of an approved Nurse Practitioner Program or Physician Assistant Program, 2+ years of experience
MRI TECHNOLOGIST - PRN
High school graduate, BS degree preferred; Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) preferred; Current BLS certification required
Ultrasound Technologist (PRN)
Graduate of Radiologic Tech school. 1+ year ultrasound experience. Must have BLS and current CME/CME requirements
Provider & Community Liaison
Bachelor's degree in public relations, marketing, business, sales, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in a related field
Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (NA or NP)
Graduate from a school with current licensure from Idaho, 1+ year of experience in family medicine, and current certifications
