Job Description
Weiser Memorial Hospital is seeking a Development Manager to lead and execute fund development strategies, with a focus on grant writing, donor cultivation, and sustainable revenue growth. This role is responsible for advancing the mission of the Weiser Memorial Hospital Foundation and securing financial support from individuals, corporations, and foundations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, communications, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5+ years of experience in fundraising
- Proven track record of securing grants and grant writing
