Job Description
LiftOne is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist II to provide continuous improvement and LEAN expertise to the entire business, supporting the execution of the Service Process Optimization and embedding a continuous improvement culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or Technology
- 1-3 years of experience in practicing LEAN methodologies (i.e. DMAIC, Kanban, Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Continuous Flow/Cell Design, Toyota Production System (TPS)) in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- 3-5 years of experience working in a leadership role
- 1-3 years of Project Management experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- LEAN/Six Sigma Green Belt Certified
- Strong verbal and written interpersonal skills with technical and non-technical content
