- Troubleshooting and diagnosing loading dock and doors
- Repairing and maintaining customer equipment
- Completing paperwork and documentation
- Driving to and from locations
- Making necessary repairs and maintenance
- Ordering replacement parts
- Follows all safety procedures and company policies
