Job Description
LiftOne is seeking a Dock & Door Technician to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair loading dock and doors. The successful candidate will have a high school diploma, G.E.D., or tech school graduate preferred, and must be a certified welder or able to obtain certification within the first 30 days of being hired.
Requirements
- High school diploma, G.E.D. or tech school graduate preferred
- Certified welder or able to obtain certification within the first 30 days of being hired
- Successful completion of the welder apprentice level or three years welding experience
- Ability to read and comprehend regulations and instructions written in the locally applicable language(s)
- Ability to perform duties at elevated heights
- Demonstrated ability to repair equipment per skill level
- Basic Computer/Tablet knowledge (Microsoft and Apple operating systems)
- Valid driver license and clean driving record must be maintained throughout employment
- Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills
