Caregiver

WelbeHealth PACE helps seniors stay in their homes and communities by providing comprehensive medical care and community-based services. We serve the most vulnerable seniors with better quality and compassion in a value-based model. The Personal Care Assistant is a vital part of our team, providing aid to our participants as well as contributing to the care planning process as a member of our interdisciplinary team (IDT).

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Certification of Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant in California (CNA) preferred
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience providing personal care to seniors
• CA Food Handlers Certification within 30 days of hire
• Must obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire and maintain certification thereafter; CPR and First Aid certification upon hire preferred
