Job Description
The Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) is a key member of the interdisciplinary team, collaborating with other members to implement care plans and provide condition updates to the clinical team. This role provides restorative and rehabilitative occupational therapy services to participants at the center and in their homes to maximize independence, safety, and performance of ADLs.
Requirements
- Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) associate's degree from an accredited program
- Valid California OTA license, or proof of license eligibility
- Minimum of two (2) years of OTA experience in a clinical setting with a frail or elderly population
