Director of Nursing

The Director of Nursing oversees all nursing services across their assigned region, driving nursing excellence and performance outcomes. They will have true system-level influence, shaping regional nursing strategy and collaborating across the continuum of care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with unencumbered RN License required
• Minimum of ten (10) years of nursing leadership in complex, high growth environments
• Direct clinic management experience, ideally overseeing organizations with at least fifty (50) nurses
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire clinical teams
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and clinical practices
