We serve our communities’ most vulnerable seniors through shared intention, pioneering spirit, and the courage to love. Reporting to the Transportation Supervisor, Drivers safely transport participants to and from their destinations, creating genuine, positive connections. Drivers perform thorough pre-trip inspections and ensure vehicles are fully stocked with emergency supplies, ensuring each ride is safe.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Current valid state driver’s license and copy of recent vehicle insurance
- Must have driver’s license for at least five (5) years with no more than one (1) moving violation or one (1) at-fault accident in the last three (3) years
- Availability to work a variable schedule
- Must be comfortable using technology
- Experience in non-emergency transportation or public transportation preferred
- Participate in the DMV pull notice and random testing for alcohol and controlled substances programs, pass DOJ/FBI background check, and pass DOT physical exam
- Must obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire and maintain certification thereafter
