Driver

At WelbeHealth, we serve our communities' most vulnerable seniors through shared intention, pioneering spirit, and the courage to love. Drivers safely transport participants to and from their destinations, creating genuine, positive connections. Drivers receive structured training, follow straightforward procedures, and effectively communicate with dispatch and leadership.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• Current valid state driver's license and copy of recent vehicle insurance required
• Must have driver's license for at least five (5) years with no more than one (1) moving violation or one (1) at-fault accident in the last three (3) years
• Availability to work a variable schedule is required
• Must be comfortable using technology
• Experience in non-emergency transportation or public transportation preferred
• Must obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire and maintain certification thereafter
