Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN)

WelbeHealth PACE helps seniors stay in their homes and communities by providing comprehensive medical care and community-based services. The Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN) plays a vital role by caring directly for our participants in the WelbeHealth clinic.

Requirements

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing with an unencumbered LVN/LPN License
• Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience in a clinical setting with a frail or elderly population
• Must obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire and maintain certification thereafter
