Occupational Therapist

At WelbeHealth, Occupational Therapists work with an interdisciplinary team to provide quality patient-centered care, conducting assessments, delivering interventions, and collaborating with other therapists and providers to maximize participant independence and safety. The role involves long-term relationships with participants, work-life balance, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy; master's preferred
• Two years in a clinical setting with a frail or elderly population preferred
• Valid California Occupational Therapy License, or proof of license eligibility
• CPR and First Aid certification upon hire or within 180 days of hire and maintain certification thereafter
