Job Description
At WelbeHealth, we offer a unique role for Physical Therapists to work with our interdisciplinary team to provide quality patient-centered care, focusing on care planning and the coordination and delivery of restorative and rehabilitative physical therapy services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in physical therapy; master's or doctoral degree preferred
- Two (2) years in clinical setting with frail or elderly population preferred
- Valid California Physical Therapy License, or proof of license eligibility
- Must obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire and maintain certification thereafter; CPR and First Aid certification upon hire preferred
