Physical Therapist

The Physical Therapist is a key member of the interdisciplinary team, focusing on care planning and the coordination and delivery of restorative and rehabilitative physical therapy services to participants, working to maximize independence and safety. This role offers a unique opportunity to form long-term relationships with participants, collaborate with other therapists and disciplines, and achieve a better work-life balance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy; master’s or doctoral degree preferred
• Two (2) years in clinical setting with frail or elderly population preferred
• Valid California Physical Therapy License, or proof of license eligibility
• Must obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire and maintain certification thereafter; CPR and First Aid certification upon hire preferred
