The Physical Therapist is a key member of the interdisciplinary team, focusing on care planning and the coordination and delivery of restorative and rehabilitative physical therapy services to participants, working to maximize independence and safety. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy; master’s or doctoral degree preferred
- Two (2) years in clinical setting with frail or elderly population preferred
- Valid California Physical Therapy License, or proof of license eligibility
- Must obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire and maintain certification thereafter; CPR and First Aid certification upon hire preferred
