Bartender

The Bartender role involves providing exceptional guest service, maintaining a clean workstation, and handling all aspects of beverage preparation and service, including cocktail making, food and beverage ordering, and inventory management. It requires adherence to strict service standards and safety guidelines, as well as effective communication with guests and team members.

Requirements

• Availability for varying shifts (including weekends and holidays)
• Following all systems, policies, and procedures in the Employee Handbook
• Knowledge of all food and beverage menus
• Compliance with all safety and sanitation guidelines
• Proficiency in using equipment including POS terminals, credit card terminals, coffee machines, and bar tools
