Product Manager

Welcome is a travel tech startup looking for a Product Manager to join their product team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in product management and a solid technical background. The role will involve managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle and driving sustainable growth while keeping customers confident, informed, and delighted with every interaction.

Requirements

• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
• Scope and prioritise activities based on business and customer impact
• Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
• Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services
