The Wella Company is seeking a Field Technical Educator to inspire and educate hairdressers across multiple locations. The role involves delivering high-quality education to customers, building strong relationships with sales teams, and creating engaging content on social media.

Requirements

• Valid Hairdresser/Cosmetology license
• Minimum 2-year salon experience as a licensed stylist
• Professional and influential image across social media channels
• Valid driver's license
• Excellent use of social media for customers and team communication
• Self-management and ability to successfully plan own time/area/route
• Demonstrate organized, solution-orientated thinking & actions
• Demonstrate proactive & self-initiative approach
• Structured, solution-oriented thinking with strong analytical and strategic abilities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Apple (iPad/apps)
