Job Description
This is a unique opportunity for a Legal Intern to join the Legal Team based in Paris and support the Legal Counsel in charge of Procurement matters. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, reviewing and drafting legal templates and clauses, and supporting procurement contracting processes.
Requirements
- Master 2 in Law (Business Law or International Business Law preferred) or Élève avocat
- First professional experience (as legal intern) required
- Fluent in English and French
- Strong interest in commercial and procurement law
- Interest in real estate is a plus
- Good drafting and analytical skills
- Strong self-initiative and team player
