Patient Care Coordinator Supervisor

The Supervisor of Care Team Coordinators is a professional charged with coaching, mentoring, training, motivating, and performance managing their assigned team of Care Team Coordinators on a daily basis. The role involves using daily operating systems/tools, familiar and adhering to company policies and procedures, addressing questions/complaints (team and members), and driving change management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Supervisory/Leadership Skills
• Familiarity with using EMR's (AaNeel Preferred)
• Competency in Google Workspace, MS Office software suite
• Preferred experience with HIPPA compliance rules
