F&R Field Specialist

The Field Specialist will be responsible for executing operational procedures, liaising with customer field management team, ensuring access to supporting documentation, and reporting operational status and performance issues.

Requirements

• Executing the scope of work in accordance with operational procedures and instructions.
• Liaison with the Customer’s Field Management Team on operational matters.
• Ensuring access is available to relevant pre-job supporting documentation.
• Reporting operational status and performance issues to the Country Manager or Supervisor.
• Providing training, coaching, and monitoring performance of team members.
• Promoting a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
• Identifying, communicating problems, and opportunities for the assigned region.
• Drives resolution of customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience.
• Communicating all operating policies and/or issues and expectations at team meetings.
• Demonstrating effective and proactive Safety leadership.
