Client Transitions Analyst

The Client Transition Analyst will support the operational aspects of client transition events, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of account opening documentation, orchestrating custodial and market openings, and coordinating asset in-kind processing. The role will involve external communication with custodian banks, internal investment teams, and other operational functional areas, with a focus on operational risk management and control environment.

Requirements

• Broad and proven knowledge of the investment process, custody, fund operations, transfer agency functions, and securities knowledge including derivatives
• Excellent organizational, project planning, and execution skills
• Analytical ability, strong business judgment and risk awareness
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite
• Excellent communication skills
