Job Description
Wellington Management seeks a Lead Software Engineer to join their technology team and build innovative solutions for investment challenges. The role involves designing, prototyping, and coding new applications, leading delivery of business solutions, and working with various teams to enhance investor workflows.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
- Proficiency with Java, Python, and Node.JS
- Strong knowledge of SQL, experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySql
- Experience in Financial Industry is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality, user-facing solutions previously
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience with AI technologies is a plus
- Experience working with Agile methodologies, CI/CD tools, version control, and Orchestration tools
- Experience operating in a DevOps environment with cloud technologies. Amazon Web Services is a plus.
