Job Description
Wellington Management is seeking a Quantitative Trading Analyst to work on our Trading Research & Analytics team in Boston. The successful candidate will partner with investors, traders, and stakeholders to improve execution results through innovation and actionable trading research.
Requirements
- Partnering with investors, traders, and stakeholders to improve execution results through innovation and actionable trading research
- Designing a Transaction Cost Analysis (TCA) framework for Investment Implementation & Trading
- Working with trading technology, external vendors, and the dealer community to produce a high-quality data environment
- Understanding equity and/or fixed income market structure trends and evolving our electronic trading strategy
