Job Description
We are seeking a Relationship Analyst to support and strengthen our relationships with institutional clients in Tokyo, Japan. The successful candidate will be responsible for business development, relationship management, and client servicing, including ITM product management, vendor relationships, and documentation processes.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in client servicing roles within the investment industry, including Japan ITM
- Strong interest in investment management, with an analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Fluency in Japanese and English (both written and spoken)
- Strong academic credentials, including a bachelor’s degree; postgraduate qualifications or progress toward a CFA designation is preferred
- Proficiency in Bloomberg, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
