Wellington Management is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join its Trading Platform Engineering team. The role involves designing, building, and supporting scalable solutions for the proprietary trading platform. The successful candidate will work closely with technology team members and business partners to deliver resilient systems and improve platform performance.

Requirements

• Partner with business teams, project managers, and systems analysts to analyze requirements
• Design and develop scalable solutions with hands-on coding
• Apply best practices in data modeling, testing, and code quality
• Contribute to technical direction, sprint planning, and prioritization
• Build deep domain expertise in trading systems and datasets
• Evolve system architecture and supporting infrastructure
• Support the full software lifecycle, including CI/CD, release management, and production support
