Job Description
As a Registered Nurse at WellLife Network, you will provide person-centered care to individuals with disabilities, coordinate medical pre-admission evaluations, and develop nursing care plans. You will also conduct monthly reviews of medication records, provide on-going care management, and participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings.
Requirements
- Current NYS RN License
- Minimum one year of experience
- Experience working with people with intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred
