Job Description
Wellness Together is seeking a Certified Wellness Coach to provide direct support to students in a school-based setting, focusing on wellness education, skill-building, and proactive support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field
- Active certification as a California Certified Wellness Coach
- 2+ years of experience working in a school, health, or community setting with children and adolescents ages 5-18
- Experience working with students, families, and community health/social service agencies
- Strong understanding of adolescent development and behavioral health issues
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to establish positive, trusting rapport and maintain appropriate boundaries with students
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Proficient in English (required); Fluent in a second language (preferred)
