Director of Philanthropy & Community Engagement

WellPower seeks a Director of Philanthropy & Community Engagement to lead a comprehensive fundraising program, generating $1M in annual philanthropic revenue and delivering 5–8% year-over-year growth, while strengthening donor retention and long-term sustainability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, communications, political science, public policy, or related field
• 5 years of demonstrated leadership experience supervising teams across core fundraising functions
• Demonstrated experience building and scaling a philanthropy function from the ground up to secure meaningful, mission-advancing revenue
