The Clinical Solution Strategist is responsible for providing clinical solution consulting across the enterprise systems to strengthen adoption, improve quality outcomes, and expand client partnerships.
Requirements
- Consult with identified clients and client success account owners to analyze clinical solutions and client adoption.
- Collaborate with WellSky's internal teams to leverage data models, reporting, and statistics.
- Provide clinical support to our client-facing teams by providing clinical solution expertise, conducting workflow discovery, and helping to identify expansion opportunities.
- Track client engagement and impact of workflow improvements and solution enhancements.
- Monitor client utilization and system optimization and engage with clients as needed to improve outcomes and value, including identifying opportunities for automated alerting to drive client outreach.
