Consultant II

The Consultant II leads the implementation of solutions by ensuring successful deployment, customization, and adoption of the solution. The role involves collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality implementations on time.

Requirements

• Collaborate with project teams and client personnel to complete implementation tasks
• Organize requirements gathering sessions
• Facilitate client meetings
• Serve as an advisor for clients and offer consultation
• Provide hands-on training to designated client members
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues
• Perform other job duties assigned
