Job Description
Health Improvement Practitioner role at WellSouth, promoting health equity and improving mental health and physical wellbeing for people in the Southern region. The practitioner will work with diverse patient groups and support individuals and families to reach their health goals.
Requirements
- Active registration in one of the following health professions: Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Social Worker, DAPAANZ registered clinician, counsellors with full NZAC membership, Psychotherapist or Psychologist.
- History of working with diverse patient groups from all ages.
- Basic understanding and awareness of how general practice works.
- Experience working in a mental health setting desirable, qualifications in CBT or ACT an advantage.
