Primary Care Nurse (School Based Immunisation Programme)

WellSouth is seeking a Primary Care Nurse to support the School Based Immunisation Programme across the Southern region. The successful candidate will be responsible for safe vaccine administration, cold chain management, outreach activities, community engagement, and accurate data management.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with vaccination authority
• Authorised Vaccinator
• Full driver’s licence
• 3+ years’ recent Primary Health or Public Health Nursing experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong computer literacy and documentation accuracy
• High levels of professionalism and self‐motivation
• Effective interpersonal skills with students, whānau, school staff, and colleagues
