The Cook will assist with the dining operations in a residential recuperative care program serving unhoused patients recovering from illness. Duties include receiving meals from external partner, insuring quality and food safety, serving food and managing kitchen and dining room maintenance.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of cooking, kitchen management and food services
- Strong customer service experience
- Ability to adhere to food safety standards and all regulatory requirements
