Job Description
As an Advanced Practice Provider for WellSpan Digestive Health in York, PA, you will provide comprehensive patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop evidence-based treatment plans for individuals with gastrointestinal disorders. You will also educate and support patients and families, collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, and enjoy a full-time schedule of four 10-hour shifts per week.
Requirements
- Comprehensive patient assessments, including evaluations and follow-up care for individuals with gastrointestinal disorders.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including labs and imaging, and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
- Educate and support patients and families regarding diagnoses, procedures, and ongoing care to promote understanding and adherence.
- Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless continuity of care.
