Job Description
This Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) role in the Operating Room provides day-to-day supervision and direct patient care for a diverse team of nurses and ancillary staff. The ANM is responsible for supporting staffing, ensuring competency of staff, performing charge duty as needed, and advocating for patient needs. They collaborate with Nurse Manager, Charge Nurse and stakeholders to improve patient care and operational efficiency.
Requirements

- Current BLS Certification
- Current ACLS/PALS/MRSA certification
