Job Description
Join the Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities (CADD) as a Behavior Consultant Adult. Conduct descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments, design and supervise behavior analytic interventions, and teach others to carry out ethical and effective behavior analytic interventions. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide treatment effectively and without disruption to the environment or other individuals in the environment.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a field related to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- BCBA certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
