Job Description
This position provides clinical support to patients in a nursing home. Responsibilities include performing physical and vital sign assessments, assisting with activities of daily living, maintaining patient care, and ensuring a safe environment. Shifts are Day/Evening based with a rotational schedule.
Requirements
- Provides general nursing care and personal care assistance.
- Monitors patient condition levels and reports changes.
- Performs Point-of-Care testing and maintains records.
- Maintains patient rooms and supplies appropriately.
- Adheres to safety regulations and policies.
- Participates in educational programs.
