Job Description
The Nursing Assistant - Medical Unit - Evening/Night position at WellSpan Health involves providing clinical support services to patient care staff, performing a variety of duties related to patient care, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support patients throughout their surgical journey.
Requirements
- Ability to work every third weekend and every other holiday
- Eligibility for shift differential
- Knowledge of principles of growth and development over the life span of the assigned patient population
- Commitment to patient, visitor and staff safety
- Maintaining established policies and procedures, objectives, quality assessment, safety, environmental and infection control standards
