Job Description
WellSpan Health is seeking an experienced Inpatient Adult Psychiatrist for their well-established practice in Mt. Gretna, PA. The position involves providing comprehensive behavioral healthcare services to children, adolescents, adults, and older adults in South Central Pennsylvania. This is a large non-profit organization with a commitment to patient care and value-based care.
Requirements
- Experience as an Inpatient Adult Psychiatrist
- Clinical caseload of 16-18 patients
- Participation in all areas of treatment and team duties
- Scheduling flexibility (3-5 days, weekend call)
- Commitment to a physician-designed compensation model
