Wellspring is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to manage facility operations, including repairing, maintaining, and improving housing, offices, and residential facilities. The position requires a combination of preventive care, routine upkeep, and rapid repair responses to ensure tenant satisfaction and asset longevity.
Requirements
- Skilled or knowledgeable in a variety of specializations such as HVAC, electrical, carpentry, drywall, masonry, plumbing, mechanical, and automotive.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability.
- Ability to interact professionally with staff, vendors, and clients.
- Ability to plan, coordinate, and monitor the activities of others.
- Ability to motivate and provide clear instructions to staff.
- Ability to multi-task, establish priorities for self and team, and meet deadlines.
- Five or more years of maintenance experience is required, preferably in the construction industry.
- Two or more years of supervisory or lead experience is preferred.
- Experience in using a computer including Outlook, Word and Excel is required.
- High school diploma or GED is required. Certifications and/or licensure in a maintenance trade would qualify.
- Driving is an essential duty for this position. A valid driver's license is required.
