Job Description
We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our dedicated rehabilitation team in a supportive and collaborative environment. As a COTA, you will work closely with licensed Occupational Therapists to deliver personalized care to residents in a skilled nursing facility.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current COTA license in good standing (State of California)
- CPR certification (or ability to obtain before start)
- Knowledge of Medicare and other payer documentation standards
- Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and teamwork
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
