Job Description
Director of Nursing role with a respected senior living community in the San Francisco Bay Area, overseeing nursing operations across multiple levels of care and ensuring high-quality resident care while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Minimum 6 years of clinical nursing experience
- At least 2 years of nursing administrative leadership experience
- Minimum 3 years of management or supervisory experience
- Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitative care, or acute care
- Strong knowledge of OBRA regulations and California Title 22 requirements
- CPR Certification required
