Senior Design Engineer

We're seeking a Senior Design Engineer to join our team at Wellthy, a company that aims to provide care infrastructure for families and individuals. The role involves designing, developing, and optimizing complex software, as well as contributing to the design system and partnering with the Chief Experience Officer and designers. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience designing and building web applications, experience working in Figma and contributing to a design system, and strong visual and UX design taste.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience designing and building web applications for multiple projects
• Experience working in Figma and contributing to a design system
• Strong visual and UX design taste
• Familiarity with Tailwind and React
• Passion to learn new technologies and skills
• Proven sense of ownership and self-management demonstrated through clear communication and follow-through on commitments
• Experience with automated build and deployment pipelines and testing frameworks
• Curiosity and experience with exploring how AI can transform your work
